Updating your snom ONE plus box

Once undertaken all updates must be completed before your box will once again be functional

IMPORTANT: While updating you must not do the following:

  • Reset your box
  • Remove the power cable or turn off the box
  • Remove any network cables or any other wires attached to your device

If you do not stick to the above guidelines it could potentially break your device and snom will not be held responsible. Before updating it is recommended that you make sure you are able to leave your box to update. The update can take Thirty minutes* to be completed. HOWEVER, it does depend on your broadband speed as some updates are over 100MB and will need to be downloaded during the update process. So it is recommended that you update your snom ONE plus box outside office hours as this can effect calls.

*Time depends on Broadband connection
